Williams, 47, will soon be seen taking on the role of Wisteria Lane's latest resident, Renee Perry, on the US show.

She admitted that the cast, which includes Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher, have made her feel welcome already.

She said to ET: 'They have been so nice and so welcoming. They are genuinely happy to have me onboard. They are a well-oiled machine at this point.

'Their careers are firmly established, their characters are known and loved, and they are welcoming my new energy. It has been wonderful and easy.'

BG5 symbolizes the five beach girls who created the band and are about to go aboard on a worldwide tour. Kris Jenner was asked to handle the group, and spent nearly the entire episode dramatically distressing as to if she could take them on besides managing the careers of all of the rest of her family members, though it is a fact that she has no knowledge about the music industry.
While Jenner is overbearing and unbearable, I wouldn’t underrate her talent because somehow “Kardashian” has become a popular name in households.
So perhaps with a real genre, like singing, to work together with Jenner will be even more thriving. She unquestionably gave them a good advantage tonight.

Bishop Eddie Long was expected to appear in front of the media on Sunday but there has been a bad news lately. Long has not allowed CNN to give a live streaming video feed through the cameras.

CNN is set up as the pool media reporters and Long has not allowed them to put the press conference online through streaming. The live streaming video for the Sunday services was not even recorded.

The Streaming Faith live video feed is already down as the site displays an error on the main interface. All that will probably be available is YouTube videos where you will be able to see sneaks from the services

In what seems like a last ditch effort to one-up the Jets the Patriots have signed RB/WR Danny Woodhead off of the Jets practice squad. The Jets released Woodhead earlier in the week to sign David Clowney.

This moves sounds fishy to me. I wouldn’t be surprised if Belichick stayed up all last night with Woodhead prying Jets intel out of him. I at least hope they keep him on the team for a while and not just dump him right after the game. That would be a classless move by the Patriots, but it wouldn’t surprise me.

I am betting there are people at the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games who got their hotel or airfare via Priceline. If so, it would have made the master pitch man, William Shatner, happy. He made an appearance during the opening ceremonies here last night and got huge cheers from the crowd. He didn’t beam anyone up though. Now that would have been interesting.

It’s now day two and I’m getting ready to head toward the Kentucky Horse Park. Today I’m planning to “chill out” with Alltech. I’ll explain that later. I’ll also be visiting with my sponsor, John Deere. I found their exhibit on the way back to my car last night. This is a big venue and there are also celebration activities in downtown Lexington that I’m going to try to visit before leaving. There’s too much going on to cover it all so I’m not even going to try. I hope though to give you a good overview of the Olympics of horse sports.

Today, Bishop Eddie Long was to give a speech at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church about the lawsuit filed against him that says he used his power with the church to sexually abuse several young men.

A lot of people were hoping that his talk at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church would be streamed live on the internet. The one website that streams a lot of the events that take place at this church is called “Streaming Faith”. Unfortunately, the website will not be streaming the live event that takes place at the 8AM and 11AM services this morning.

Upon entering the Streaming Faith website, users are greeted with the following message, “StreamingFaith.com will be offline momentarily while we perform some updates. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

Whether or not Eddie Long’s speech was supposed to be streamed live is not known. It is possible that the ‘Streaming Faith’ website was overloaded due to a large amount of traffic. If you wish to attend the event live, and are in the Atlanta, Georgia area, you can visit the New Birth Missionary Church at 6400 Woodrow Rd. in Lithonia, Georgia. The one website that streams a lot of the events that take place at this church is called “Streaming Faith”.

During the 30-minute segment that was broadcast live from New York, Bobb outlined the difficult decisions he's made since taking over the district two years ago, including the decision to shutter 59 schools.

"It was difficult politically, hard on the community and challenging for parents and students," Bobb said, noting the district had about 167,000 students in 2000 and has about 85,000 today.

Education Secretary Arne Duncan, Michelle Rhee, schools chancellor for the District of Columbia, and Randi Weingarten, president of the American Federation of Teachers, appeared along with Bobb on the show today.

Bobb is in New York as an invited participant in the NBC network's two-day national education summit, "Education Nation" on Monday through Tuesday in the rink space at Rockefeller Plaza. The event will include a series of panel sessions on the challenges of America's education system, the success stories and solutions.

The four education leaders tackled topics ranging from more rigorous evaluations for teachers to how to better implement accountability and reforms for the country's education system.

"In Detroit Public Schools we have new teacher contracts and a new teacher evaluation system put in place," Bobb said "We have to have an effective way in which we can evaluate teachers, not just teachers, but we have to look at the entire system."

Duncan noted that Detroit's schools have been a "disgrace" for "far too long." He praised Bobb's reforms.

"The children are desperately underserved," he said. "Detroit is going in a better direction thanks to Robert Bobb."

Bobb's efforts have aided the district in securing $500.5 million bond issue to build and modernize 18 schools.

Okay, so I have had a fabulous couple of days, and there is still! 1! day! left! of the weekend.

Yesterday I took a spur of the moment afternoon off, because I have the comp time and the report is done and being published on Thursday. Dusie picked me up, and we went to a new to us antique mall in way east Mesa, and then to a new to us scrapbooking store. Dusie scrapbooks; I like to collage. We went home and got my mom to come over and made a trip to Target. The baby is so cute--she is getting her little girl face, a combo of Aces and her daddy with some of Dusie and the other relatives mixed in. We are teaching her to hold up 1 finger when someone asks how old she is.

At this point in the night, I've come to expect bad judging. Ryan Bader did NOT win this fight. He was awarded a 30-27 unanimous decision across the board but I thought Nogueira did more than enough to win. He stuffed what seemed like 10 different takedowns and won the boxing side of the fight. Bader got a few takedowns and I guess that's what won him the bout.

The first round was the best round of the fight for Bader. After getting underneath Nogueria and landing a takedown, he delivered some vicious ground-n-pound that rocked Rogerio. Of course, like a true Nogueira, he managed to survive and gain full guard. After a few minutes of Bader on top, Nogueira got back to his feet and stuffed a takedown before tagging Bader. Another takedown from Bader before the round ended sealed it for Darth.

The second round was full of failed takedowns from Bader and Nogueira working his boxing. He even landed a big knee on one Bader shot late in the round. His wrestling looked much improved after the fight he had with Jason Brilz. The round came to a close with Nogueira clearly getting the better of the stand up and landing a leg kick while avoiding a big counter right hand.

Bader got poked in the eye at the beginning of the third. What likely won Bader the fight was the fact that, despite the many times Nogueira defended against his takedowns and landed good shots on him, Bader would hit a takedown a key points and ride that top control to a decision win. A very frustrating trend continues on the night in regards to the judges scoring. I guess, that trend isn't just tonight

Long’s spokesperson Art Franklin said today “we categorically deny the allegations.”

, Raghuveer Nayak, an Oak Brook businessman who had done campaign fundraising for both Blagojevich and Jackson, said that in 2008 Jackson directed him to tell Blagojevich that he would donate a combined $6 million in political contributions if appointed Mr. Obama's Senate seat.

Jackson called the allegations "preposterous," according to a statement obtained by CBS News, and noted that the assertions were not new. "I've already talked with the authorities about these claims, told them they were false, and no charges have been brought against me," Jackson said in the statement.

"The very idea of raising millions of dollars for a campaign other than my own is preposterous. My interest in the Senate seat was based on years of public service, which I am proud of, not some improper scheme with anyone," Jackson said.

Nayak also told authorities that, per Jackson's request, he twice paid for a female "social acquaintance" of Jackson's, the Washington-based restaurant hostess Giovana Huidobro, to fly to Chicago, according to the Sun-Times.

"The reference to a social acquaintance is a private and personal matter between me and my wife that was handled some time ago. I ask that you respect our privacy," Jackson said. "I know I have disappointed some supporters, and for that I am deeply sorry. But I remain committed to serving my constituents and fighting on their behalf."

Jackson's wife, alderman Sandi Jackson, said in a statement that the information regarding her husband's acquaintance had been "a very private, painful and unfortunate situation" that "my family and I have been privately addressing for several months."

Both Jesse and Sandi Jackson are thought to be considering a bid in the Chicago mayoral race, although Sandi recently downplayed the possibility of her own entrance.

Federal agents have arrested Michael Neal Harvey, the suspect in the murder of a North Carolina police chief's daughter, Valerie Hamilton.

Harvey, 34, was arrested this morning in Niagara Falls, NY. The DEA, the Secret Service, and the FBI were reportedly all aiding in the search for the suspect.

Valerie Hamilton, 23, had been missing since Wednesday, when she was last seen at a bar in Charlotte. She was the daughter of Concord NC Police Chief Merl Hamilton, and was a swim coach for children.

so to jump right into it...

i got my motorcycle liscence and bought a 2005 Suzuki SV650 (yellow and black) its an AMAZING bike and i'm soooo excited about it. I bought a jacket online and can't WAIT until it gets here so i can start riding (I ride around my neighborhood a lil but i want to be safe so thats as far as i go so far...) this is going to push me to do a bit more weight lifting and balance type exercises (and its just an AMAZING feeling and if i'm out riding the bike and getting that feeling elsewhere i won't look for it in fooooooood)

(Update 2:16 p.m.): All Metro-North service to and from Grand Central is currently suspended due to a fire on the pier underneath the 138th St. Lift Bridge that spans the Harlem River. Although the fire has been nearly extinguished, MTA officials say service across the bridge will not run “any time soon.” Instead, Metro-North service will run north from Yankee Stadium, and southbound service, operating hourly, will terminate at the stadium stop.
